Delivery Information
All Purchases over $50.00 are delivered free of charge.
All items will be delivered by Australia Post.
We only deliver with in Australia.
There is a flat $ 5.00 delivery fee for any purchases under $50.00.
Despatch Information
If you order before 2pm we will make every effort to insure your order is dispatched on the same business day.
If you have ordered a product that is currently out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Altitude makes effort to insure that this doesn't happened but just in case it does you will be notified immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if for some reason we need to confirm your payment method or payment details e.g. credit card verification if you have entered your billing address incorrectly.
Some rural and remote residential areas may require additional delivery time. Standard Delivery is up to 5 Business Days.
