CASUAL SALES ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE –

Your passion and commitment to bikes, the mountain lifestyle, and retailing is why you’re keen to join the crew at Altitude, Melbourne.
With stores in both Melbourne and Mt Buller, Altitude caters to mountain sports enthusiasts seeking the latest innovative gear. Your personal passion for bikes, continually builds your understanding of the latest in technology. You are an expert in product knowledge and are keen to learn about all facets of the bike retail industry, a fun person who wants to share the mountain lifestyle with others, and you always live and breathe what you sell.
We are looking for people who have:
- A passion for the mountains, bikes and retailing all the latest gear
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manners
- Good rapport and relationship building skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and a proactive nature
- Experience working in a busy environment requiring physical activity
Other valuable attributes include:
- Experience in bike servicing
- Experience in bike events
- Experience in bike rental
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
