Q: Is it possible for me to buy online then pick up the products from a location.

Q: What are you delivery charges?
A: All purchases over 50 dollars are delivered free. Under 50 dollars there is a flat rate 5 dollar delivery fee.

Q: What is the standard delivery time?
A: Within 5 business days is our standard* delivery time. *Refer to terms and conditions for exceptions.

Q: Can I have my purchases sent express?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, at present we do not ship internationally, sorry.

Q: Is my name and other personal details passed on to a 3rd party?
A: No, all details remain private. Please refer to our privacy policy for me details.

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: If you're not happy with the product purchase you may return it for a full refund/exchange/credit within three months of initial purchase.
You will have to pay the cost of shipping this regrettably cannot be refunded. Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ page for extra info.

Q: I have lost my receipt, am I still able to return/exchange the products?
A: It is the buyer's responsibility to keep the receipt, although we may accept a credit card statement as proof of purchase. If you require more assistance please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Q: How long is the refund process time?
